Get set up in 5 steps.About 20 minutes.

You need: a Facebook account (best, as it also covers Instagram and WhatsApp) or a Google account.

1. On our Akili page, tap Start your 14-day free Pro trial. Manychat opens in a new tab.
2. Choose Instagram as your first channel.
3. Sign up with Facebook, or with Google.
4. Start the Pro plan trial when Manychat asks you to choose a plan.

Akili runs on Manychat Pro. Manychat bills Pro directly after the trial.

You need: an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator). In Instagram, go to Settings, then Account type and tools, to switch.

1. In Manychat, click Settings in the left menu.
2. Select Instagram, then click Connect.
3. Click Connect Via Instagram. This is the simplest option.
4. Check the permissions, click Allow, then Let's start.

If your Instagram is linked to a Meta Business account, you can choose Connect Via Meta instead.

You need: a TikTok Business account. Creator and personal accounts can't connect. In TikTok, go to Settings and privacy, then Account, to switch.

1. In Manychat, go to Settings.
2. Select TikTok, then click Connect.
3. Click Open TikTok, pick your account and allow the permissions.
4. Click Continue. A confetti screen means you're connected.

Skip this step if you don't sell on TikTok.

You need: admin access to your business in Meta Business (business.facebook.com), and your phone nearby for a code.

1. In Manychat, go to Settings and select WhatsApp.
2. Click Connect, then Existing Number, then Connect Through Meta.
3. Click Continue and pick your business.
4. If your number is on the WhatsApp Business app, choose to connect your WhatsApp Business App. Otherwise enter the number you want to use.
5. Review, click Confirm, then Finish.

This is the trickiest step. If it gets stuck, skip it and tell us. We'll do it with you on a short call.

1. In Manychat, go to Settings, then Team Members.
2. Click Invite new member and choose the Admin role.
3. Click Generate a link and copy it.
4. Send the link to us on WhatsApp, or by email to verveproconsulting@gmail.com.

The link works once and expires after 24 hours, so send it straight away. You can remove us any time after handover.
