No. Payment structure is agreed during scoping and is designed to feel proportional to the work being done. Most engagements are structured in phases — an initial commitment to begin, with subsequent payments tied to delivery milestones.
We accept payment via mobile transfer, bank transfer, and card. For diaspora clients and international brands, we also accept USD and facilitate cross-border payment arrangements.
The full payment schedule for your specific engagement is confirmed in writing before any work begins. There are no surprises.
After your Digital Health Check, you receive a personalised results summary — a clear picture of where your brand stands, what the highest-priority gaps are, and which solution fits your current stage.
You will also be invited to a complimentary 30-minute strategy conversation with a VervePro consultant. This is not a sales call. It is a conversation about your brand, your goals, and whether the solution we have identified is the right fit.
