Refund policy

Our playbooks are digital downloads, delivered instantly, so we can't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. We will put things right if:

• your file is faulty or doesn't arrive: we'll send a working copy or refund you in full
• you were charged twice for the same order: we'll refund the duplicate
• you bought the wrong playbook and haven't downloaded it: we'll swap it for the right one
